This event will be played on beautiful Riverside DGC, Fox's Bend DGC and Patriot Park DGC: 3 rounds over 3 days on TEE TIMES.
1.06 GROUPING AND SECTIONING - L. At staggered start events with scheduled tee times, Tournament Directors must post tee times on the PDGA event page for all players in a given division no later than 12 hours prior to the first tee time for that division or one hour after the conclusion of play of the previous round for that division, whichever is later.

HEADQUATERS: Boulevard Lions Club Pavilion, Victoria, TX 77901 (Across From Texas Zoo)

HOTT Points / Qualifier: This event awards HOTT points based on your performance! You can learn more here https://www.hottdiscgolf.com/hott-points
Points Series & Qualifiers - Players will earn one point for each player they beat regardless of Tier. Players in the top 25% of the standings in each division, not counting auto-matic Qualifiers(see below), will receive a berth at the end of the year to the finals. They must compete in at least 3 HOTT events as well.
Only A-Tiers will provide a non-paid Automatic Qualifier spot to the finals(top finisher that hasn’t qualified). Basically they don’t need to worry about points once they earn this. Why are we making this change and removing B-Tiers? For 2023, we will have 5 at least A-Tiers on the tour. In 2024, we expect this to be 8-10 events. So this is a change for the expected future goals.

Pools are subject to change and may be adjusted as divisions populate.
Caps may be lifted and adjusted at TD's discretion.
Waitlist will be by division so please get on the waitlist if your div is full.
(JR Field Only Plays Sat & Sun)

GENERAL RULES:
All PDGA Rules will be followed to promote fair play for all disc golfers. If any point in dispute is not covered by the rules, the decision is made in accordance with fairness.

The TWO-meter rule IS NOT IN EFFECT!

OUT of BOUNDS (806.02 Out-of-Bounds): Roads, Parking Lots, River, Lake, “Pylons and Beyond” if not marked. Painted Lines, Flags, stakes.

(806.02 Out-of-Bounds) C: A disc that cannot be found is considered to be out-of-bounds if there is compelling evidence that the disc came to rest within an out-of-bounds area. In the absence of such evidence, the disc is considered lost and play proceeds according to 805.03.

805.03 Lost DISC: (3) minutes to locate (everyone must HELP! ), if determined lost proceed to previous lie w/ one stroke penalty.

804.01 Mandatory Routes: A mandatory route restricts the path the disc may take in the process of playing a hole.
The restricted plane is a vertical plane marked by one or more objects or other markers which define the edges of the space.
If part of a thrown disc clearly enters into a restricted space plane, the player receives one penalty throw. The lie for the next throw is the drop zone for that mandatory. If no drop zone has been designated, the lie for the next throw is the previous lie.
If the thrown disc is released on the other side of the restricted plane compared to the rear edge of the marker disc, the player has missed the mandatory. The next lie and penalty are the same as 804.01.C.

Use provisional throws when necessary to save time!

Digital Scoring: Please use Virtual Score Card @ PDGA.com/score code: VIC40

PDGA.com/live for following or watching anywhere! Rule 808 Scoring must be followed without exception.
